It also includes a compact control panel with a pneumatic cylinder, ensuring precise intermittent spraying controlled by a timer. The coating solution is filled into the pressure vessel and pressurized using oil/moisture-free compressed air at 3 to 4 kg/cm², resulting in a uniform, atomized conical spray. The spray guns, mounted on a heavy-duty S.S. stand, can be adjusted as required. The duration of air and liquid spray is controlled by a digital timer and pneumatic cylinder via a solenoid valve. ROTARY BOTTLE WASHING MACHINE
Operation :
The bottles are loaded on the subsequent indexing part of the rotating platform. They are cleaned in a series of operations. Specially designed bottle holders are provided to hold bottles with neck diameter. The bottles are placed in an inverted position in these cup-shaped holders. Spraying showers does the external cleaning of the bottles.
