MINI COTA (SPRAYING SYSTEM)
The Mini Cota (Semi-Automatic Spray Coating Machine) is designed to replace conventional manual coating of tablets and granules. It provides a rapid and uniform coating system with multiple functional features and advantages.
This compact machine is equipped with a specially designed stainless steel (S.S.) spray gun for atomized spraying. Compared to fully automatic systems, which are 15-20 times more expensive, the Mini Cota offers a more economical and user-friendly alternative.

It also includes a compact control panel with a pneumatic cylinder, ensuring precise intermittent spraying controlled by a timer. The coating solution is filled into the pressure vessel and pressurized using oil/moisture-free compressed air at 3 to 4 kg/cm², resulting in a uniform, atomized conical spray. The spray guns, mounted on a heavy-duty S.S. stand, can be adjusted as required. The duration of air and liquid spray is controlled by a digital timer and pneumatic cylinder via a solenoid valve. Tablet Inspection Belt
