Conical Screw Mixer
The Conical Screw Mixer is a highly efficient blending solution designed for the uniform mixing of powders, granules, and pastes. Its conical shape combined with a screw mechanism delivers gentle, thorough, and energy-efficient mixing, making it ideal for sensitive or fragile materials.
Working Principle:
A vertical screw rotates on its own axis while simultaneously orbiting around the conical chamber. This dual motion lifts materials from the bottom to the top and moves them along the chamber walls, ensuring consistent blending with minimal heat generation.
