Overview:
Working Principle:
Feeding Process: Dry, sterilized, and siliconized bottles are fed through the infeed turntable and guided on a moving conveyor belt.
Filling Process:
The bottle is held by a pneumatic bottle holder when it reaches the filling station.
The bottle sensor triggers the magnetic clutch, which rotates the auger to fill the desired amount of powder into the bottle.
Once the bottle is filled, the pneumatic piston releases it onto the conveyor belt.
Key Advantage: The pneumatic bottle holder is directly connected to the auger rotation, ensuring the bottle is only released after the powder is filled as per the set value.

It also includes a compact control panel with a pneumatic cylinder, ensuring precise intermittent spraying controlled by a timer. The coating solution is filled into the pressure vessel and pressurized using oil/moisture-free compressed air at 3 to 4 kg/cm², resulting in a uniform, atomized conical spray. The spray guns, mounted on a heavy-duty S.S. stand, can be adjusted as required. The duration of air and liquid spray is controlled by a digital timer and pneumatic cylinder via a solenoid valve.
