STANDARD LIQUID FILLING LINE CONSISTS OF:
Rotary Bottle Washing Machine: Rotary Bottle washing machine comes in 64 & 96 bottles per minute.
Turntable: Available in 24", 30", 36" & 48" dia.
Liquid Filling Machine: Available in 2 head, 4 head, 6 head, 8 head, 10 head & 12 head. Filling Range from 5 ml to 1000 ml with help of change parts. Liquid filling machine is available in Volumetric type, Servo Filling type, Flowmatic type, Piston type etc., as per application & requirement.
Capping Machine: Available in single head, four head, six head, 8 head & 10 head. Suitable for both Screw Capping & Ropp Capping with help of change parts. Attachment for inner plug pressing also provided if required.
Inspection Table: Available in 2, 4, 6, and 8 operators as per filling line model.
Labeling Machine: Available in Sticker Labelling (Round and Double Sided or Combo) and Wet Glue Labelling.
Batch Coding: Inkjet online batch coding for online batch coding.
