MINI COTA (SPRAYING SYSTEM)
The Mini Cota (Semi-Automatic Spray Coating Machine) is designed to replace conventional manual coating of tablets and granules. It provides a rapid and uniform coating system with multiple functional features and advantages.
This compact machine is equipped with a specially designed stainless steel (S.S.) spray gun for atomized spraying. Compared to fully automatic systems, which are 15-20 times more expensive, the Mini Cota offers a more economical and user-friendly alternative.

Pressure vessel with an optional S.S. jacket (for sugar coating) and thermostatically controlled heaters Safety valve for pressure control Oscillating-type pneumatic stirrer for uniform mixing Spraying nozzles for precise coating application Compact control panel with a double-acting pneumatic cylinder for intermittent spraying of liquid and air Adjustable spray cycle timing for controlled coating application Filter cum moisture separator to ensure a clean coating process Operation & Mechanism: The Bombay Engineering Mini Cota consists of a pressure vessel, which can be optionally provided with an S.S. jacket for sugar coating, controlled heaters, a safety valve, an oscillating-type pneumatic stirrer, and spraying nozzles. It also includes a compact control panel with a pneumatic cylinder, ensuring precise intermittent spraying controlled by a timer. The coating solution is filled into the pressure vessel and pressurized using oil/moisture-free compressed air at 3 to 4 kg/cm², resulting in a uniform, atomized conical spray. The spray guns, mounted on a heavy-duty S.S. stand, can be adjusted as required. The duration of air and liquid spray is controlled by a digital timer and pneumatic cylinder via a solenoid valve. Online Visual Bottle Inspection Machine
Online Visual Bottle Inspection Machine is a three-track conveyor with a hood with lighting arrangement and visual inspection background of alternate black & white color. The inspection table has a stainless steel structure with a moving S.S. slat chain. Design made out of S. S. square pipe & supported on adjustable bolts.

The Bombay Engineering’s Inspection table consists of two (Single Side seating arrangements) or three (Double Side seating arrangements) tracks conveyor with a hood with lighting arrangement and visual inspection background of alternate black & white color.
Operation:
The central conveyor belt brings the bottle from the capping/washing machine conveyor. These bottles are automatically bifurcated on the two adjoining conveyor belts & further on the side tables for operators sitting on either side of the table. In turn, the operators pick up the bottles & visually inspect the bottles in the alternate white & black background to check for any partials in the Liquid filled, sealed & breakage of the bottle. After inspection, the bottles are placed in the central track, which is transfer for labelling.
