Gelatin Receiver
GELATIN Receiver is a Triple layer vessel portable type with electrical heating in the jacket. The vessel is closed type and is used to storge hot gelatin mass and it keeps it hot till It is used for encapsulation machine process. Sturdy jacket and insulation ensures zero heat loss and all necessary nozzles for N2 purging and material inlet, outlet etc are provided. CIP system is inbuilt. PU Wheels are provided for Movement. Vessel is Electropolished.

Description:
Manual Capsule Filling Machine is a widely used form of capsule filling. The machine is designed and manufactured with utmost care to handle all capsule sizes ranging from "00" to "5" and to provide trouble-free service year after year. It is easy to operate, delivers production with minimum rejection, and ensures no weight variation. It is capable of filling powders and pellets in all sizes of hard gelatin capsules.
