Our Container Filling Machines are designed for efficiently filling cream, paste, ointment, wax polish, grease, jam, sauce, and other viscous products into plastic or tin containers, jars, and bottles.

Operational Process:
1️⃣ Loading & Transfer:
Flat tins or bottles are loaded onto the turntable and transferred onto a conveyor belt.
2️⃣ Filling Station:
Precise dosing system ensures accurate filling.
No-Container – No-Fill Device prevents wastage if a container is missing.
3️⃣ Optional Features:
S.S. Jacketed Hopper with 2 KW heaters & stirrer for seamless filling of high-viscosity products.
4️⃣ Post-Filling Process:
Filled containers are transported via the conveyor for further processing (capping & labeling).

Manual Capsule Filling Machine
Description:
Manual Capsule Filling Machine is a widely used form of capsule filling. The machine is designed and manufactured with utmost care to handle all capsule sizes ranging from "00" to "5" and to provide trouble-free service year after year. It is easy to operate, delivers production with minimum rejection, and ensures no weight variation. It is capable of filling powders and pellets in all sizes of hard gelatin capsules.
Though all operations are manual, the machine is built with precision-machined components and assembled by highly skilled personnel. The Manual Capsule Filling Machine is widely used in research laboratories, academic institutions, herbal/ayurvedic preparation facilities, and medium to small-scale manufacturing industries.
There is also an option of purchasing an Automatic Capsule Loading Machine to speed up production output with the filling machine, as the maximum time in the filling process is taken by loading capsules onto the loading trays of the capsule filler.

GMP: The machine is fully made out of stainless steel 304 quality except hardened and lubricant parts. STD: All parts that come into contact with filling powder are made out of stainless steel 304 quality, and the non-contact parts are made out of mild steel duly hard chrome plated.
Output:
- 8,000 capsules per hour from 300 holes machine.
- 4,500 capsules per hour from 200 holes machine.
- 2,000 capsules per hour from 100 holes machine.
Interchangeability:
The machine is manufactured to suit the following capsule size combinations: 00 / 0 / 1 / 2 or 3 / 4 or 5.
