Our Container Filling Machines are designed for efficiently filling cream, paste, ointment, wax polish, grease, jam, sauce, and other viscous products into plastic or tin containers, jars, and bottles.

✔ No-Bottle – No-Fill System: Prevents wastage by stopping the filling process if containers are not in place.
✔ Stainless Steel Jacketed Hopper:
Equipped with a product heater and mixing stirrer for uniform consistency during high-viscosity filling. ✔ Smooth Workflow:
Filled containers are transported via a conveyor system for capping and labeling operations.

Operational Process:
1️⃣ Loading & Transfer:
Flat tins or bottles are loaded onto the turntable and transferred onto a conveyor belt.

2️⃣ Filling Station:
Precise dosing system ensures accurate filling.
No-Container – No-Fill Device prevents wastage if a container is missing.

3️⃣ Optional Features:
S.S. Jacketed Hopper with 2 KW heaters & stirrer for seamless filling of high-viscosity products.

4️⃣ Post-Filling Process:
Filled containers are transported via the conveyor for further processing (capping & labeling).
