MINI COTA (SPRAYING SYSTEM)
The Mini Cota (Semi-Automatic Spray Coating Machine) is designed to replace conventional manual coating of tablets and granules. It provides a rapid and uniform coating system with multiple functional features and advantages.
This compact machine is equipped with a specially designed stainless steel (S.S.) spray gun for atomized spraying. Compared to fully automatic systems, which are 15-20 times more expensive, the Mini Cota offers a more economical and user-friendly alternative.

The coating solution is filled into the pressure vessel and pressurized using oil/moisture-free compressed air at 3 to 4 kg/cm², resulting in a uniform, atomized conical spray. The spray guns, mounted on a heavy-duty S.S. stand, can be adjusted as required. The duration of air and liquid spray is controlled by a digital timer and pneumatic cylinder via a solenoid valve. The bottles are loaded on the subsequent indexing part of the rotating platform and are cleaned in series of operations. Specially designed bottle holders are provided to hold bottles with neck diameter. The bottles are placed in an inverted position in these cup-shaped holders. Spraying showers does the external cleaning of the bottles. Solenoid valves enable the regulation of wash timings; it also sprays water when the bottle is stopped means ensure the saving of water and sequence of various washing media to suit specific requirements.
