MINI COTA (SPRAYING SYSTEM)
The Mini Cota (Semi-Automatic Spray Coating Machine) is designed to replace conventional manual coating of tablets and granules. It provides a rapid and uniform coating system with multiple functional features and advantages.
This compact machine is equipped with a specially designed stainless steel (S.S.) spray gun for atomized spraying. Compared to fully automatic systems, which are 15-20 times more expensive, the Mini Cota offers a more economical and user-friendly alternative.

Operation & Mechanism: The Bombay Engineering Mini Cota consists of a pressure vessel, which can be optionally provided with an S.S. jacket for sugar coating, controlled heaters, a safety valve, an oscillating-type pneumatic stirrer, and spraying nozzles. It also includes a compact control panel with a pneumatic cylinder, ensuring precise intermittent spraying controlled by a timer.
The coating solution is filled into the pressure vessel and pressurized using oil/moisture-free compressed air at 3 to 4 kg/cm², resulting in a uniform, atomized conical spray. The spray guns, mounted on a heavy-duty S.S. stand, can be adjusted as required. The duration of air and liquid spray is controlled by a digital timer and pneumatic cylinder via a solenoid valve.

Manual Capsule Filling Machine
Description:
Manual Capsule Filling Machine is a widely used form of capsule filling. The machine is designed and manufactured with utmost care to handle all capsule sizes ranging from "00" to "5" and to provide trouble-free service year after year. Though all operations are manual, the machine is built with precision-machined components and assembled by highly skilled personnel. There is also an option of purchasing an Automatic Capsule Loading Machine to speed up production output with the filling machine, as the maximum time in the filling process is taken by loading capsules onto the loading trays of the capsule filler.
