There is also an option of purchasing an Automatic Capsule Loading Machine to speed up production output with the filling machine, as the maximum time in the filling process is taken by loading capsules onto the loading trays of the capsule filler.

Models 100 / 200 / 300 Holes GMP & STD:

GMP: The machine is fully made out of stainless steel 304 quality except hardened and lubricant parts. STD: All parts that come into contact with filling powder are made out of stainless steel 304 quality, and the non-contact parts are made out of mild steel duly hard chrome plated.

Output:

• 8,000 capsules per hour from 300 holes machine.
• 4,500 capsules per hour from 200 holes machine.
• 2,000 capsules per hour from 100 holes machine.

Interchangeability:

The machine is manufactured to suit the following capsule size combinations: 00 / 0 / 1 / 2 or 3 / 4 or 5.
