Coating pan is consists of an Ellipsoidal pan mounted on a suitable stand and driven by a motor through suitable gear box. The pan is made out of SS 316 and has welded baffles in it. This baffles helps in tumbling of the tablets / material into the pan while rotating. The speed can be changed by a 3 step pulley or by a variable speed drive provided in the control panel. There is a Hot air blower provided along with the coating pan with heater assembly and a flexible SS pipe which goes into the pan for drying of the tablets / material into the pan after coating. Control panel is provided which consists of a Starter or variable speed drive, Digital temp controller for controlling temperature.

Vibro Sifter is used for screening, sieving, grading for solid-liquid separation, process to separate the desired elements and the undesired elements from the combination of solid to solid (where two solids are generally having different properties) and solid to liquid material.
